In this role I lead the creative team from the ideation to the final delivery of content. That includes overseeing the creation and technical code for all 2D/3D content from Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR) content, 360 experiences, AR Lens/Facemasks for Facebook’s AR Studio, Snapchat’s Lens Studio, and Unity.

In this role I worked directly with brands, agencies, game and film studios around the world. I help them leverage their 3D/AR/VR content for marketing campaigns, press releases, product launches, 3D ads, and e-commerce product pages using our viewer.
I worked with companies like Discord, Valve Software, Relic, Playstation, Bethesda, Gearbox Software, Overkill Software, Studio Santa Monica, Unity, and many more.
I was tasked to redesign MongoDB.org and create a strategy to grow, energize, and educate the worldwide community of MongoDB developers, DBAs and Database Operators. At the same time bringing together and supporting over 100 local community organizers of our MongoDB User Groups (MUGs) around the world with speakers, education, and community guidelines.
I started at Disqus as a founding employee and their first community manager. During my career I've been one of the driving forces in cultivation of growth from 13k unique visitors to over 1.4+ billion it sees today, managing a community team of 6+ people that I handpicked and hired, scaled and created community processes to support company growth, drive awareness around product development, managing our communication channels (blog & social) and the point contact for their fortune 500 publishers. I've also had my hand in a couple major product releases such as their global crowd-sourced translation system making Disqus available in 50+ languages, and very early drafts of their mobile offerings.
In 2012 I moved to New York to help expand Disqus closer to it's client base being a technical resource and mentor to new staff. I transitioned to our marketing team creating sales collateral, marketing videos, marketing web portals, print and online ads, posters, signage and other marketing media as needed. I was also tasked to create and find opportunities for a local event series "Disqus IRL" to bring publishers closer to their online audience in an local environment and a mini-conference series around engagement for their publisher base.
I created various sprites, backgrounds, 2D animation, sound effects, and original game music. All factors were used with our projects ZapEm, Zodtris and an unreleased 2D shooter called "Alien Savant".
